Our Mission

To improve our community and environment through safe and reliable waste management services.

We are part of a vertically integrated environmental services company that strives to provide consistently superior and innovative services to our customers. The integrity and safety of the services we provide are paramount to our mission. We believe in creating a positive culture that provides a rewarding place to work; where employees are nurtured and mentored to be the best they can be. We are always looking for new and better ways to manage residual materials.

Our Values

The core values with which we pursue our mission:

Service means going beyond the minimum required under any particular contract, and doing more for the customer. It means trying to anticipate the needs of our customers and designing optimized solutions to their needs. It also means being an active and positive participant in the community. We take great pride in sponsoring a number of civic activities and charitable organizations that enhance the quality of life in our community.

Safety is one of our most important values. Rigorous and frequent safety classes and meetings are a hallmark of our company’s culture. We recognize and strive to minimize risks in our daily operations and take precautions to best ensure the safety of our employees.

We honor and fulfill our verbal and contractual obligations to our customers. We believe the best way to earn repeat business is by earning the trust of our customers. We treat our employees and vendors the same way.

The most successful firms are those who work together collaboratively with their customers and vendors. Because a large portion of wastes are received via rail, we work closely with our rail partners. We serve a multitude of municipalities and work closely with each to achieve their goals through environmentally responsible practices.

We empower our employees to achieve their full potential. That is done through mentoring each employee by one or more senior members of the company. The company benefits as each employee increases his or her skill sets and responsibilities.

We focus on protecting and improving our environment. Through recycling efforts and our adherence to federal and state environmental regulatory requirements, we deliver the best practices in the industry.
